To return an unopened box of products, simply write REFUSE-RETURN TO SENDER on the package and give back to the postal service.

Otherwise please follow these instructions:

  1. Place any unopened* Eternalist Nutritionals bottles you wish to return in a box.
  2. Insert a note with your full name and email address so your account can be located.
  3. Print and attach this return label- CLICK HERE.

  1. Arrange for the box to be shipped with a postal carrier like UPS, Fed-Ex, or the USPS.
  2. Please allow 14-21 business days for any refunds to be processed.
